Introduction
Powers Home Design, (PHD), is a sole proprietorship that began July 1, 2005, in Fresno California. The purpose of this company is to provide quality plans for a clients dream home or for an addition to their existing home.
It is my hope that clients already want to build an energy efficient, non-toxic, earth friendly home. Hopefully they know that this type of home offers the best environment for optimal health for their family. If this is new information for a potential client, I offer consultation services with education to show the value of a sustainable home.
As it progresses the planning and design process can, sometimes, present surprises. However PHD has an exceptional history of good communications with clients so occurring questions and concerns can be addressed quickly.
Powers Home Design shall combine your desires of layout, functionality and aesthetics to be applied to your plans while including sustainable materials and design practices to be used in your home.
