Powers Home Design, (PHD), is a sole proprietorship that began July 1, 2005, in Fresno California. The purpose of this company is to provide people with a quality means of obtaining plans for their dream home or for a desired addition to their existing home and, of course, to provide PHD employees a way to earn a fair wage for providing this service.

   It is our hope that potential clients already want to build energy efficient, earth friendly homes and, hopefully they know that this type of home offers the best environment for optimal health for their family. If this is new information for a potential client, we can direct them to educational resources that prove the value of sustainable homes. PHD also offers people sustainable home consultation services.

   We know that the planning and design process can, sometimes, present surprises as it progresses. PHD has an exceptional history of good communications with clients so occurring questions can be answered quickly.
